Human Services, Inc.

As the global pandemic continues across Chester County, Human Services, Inc. and it’s dedicated staff have made every effort to keep themselves and the people who utilize our services safe and healthy as we navigate through this challenging time.

Despite the increase in COVID-19 cases in our area, Human Services, Inc. is committed to continuing to provide life-sustaining services to thousands of citizens across Chester County.  We have implemented and updated an Illness Prevention Policy and Plan that is designed to keep people safe through a variety of strategies recommended by the Department of Health and Center for Disease Control.

During the course of the pandemic, we have been providing both telehealth and in-person service appointments.  Telehealth appointments are still being provided.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during a time that has brought forth a significant public health crisis but also the opportunity to move forward despite the current circumstances, adapt and creatively support the people who rely on our services.

To that end, we ask for your cooperation as we keep our workforce and clients safe.  During your next in-person appointment, the following safety measures will still be in place:

Patient/clients will be asked health screening questions prior to entering any of the buildings in the Human Services, Inc.  foot print.
You will be required to properly wear a face mask during the entirety of your visit.
Unless medically necessary, visitors will not be allowed in the building to accompany people on their appointments.
Patients/clients who are entering our buildings will have their temperature taken at the time of check-in.
Hand sanitizer will be available for single use in all offices and waiting rooms.
Employees will be required to properly wear facemasks when in common areas and when meeting with people receiving services.
Human Services, Inc.  employees will be cleaning the commonly touched surfaces in offices throughout the day.
Office locations will be cleaned and disinfected each night by a professional cleaning service.

Thank you for your cooperation as we manage this public health situation.
